Chief Executive Officer
The Lower Nicola Indian Band Development Corporation (LNIBDC) is welcoming applications from accomplished executives ready to lead a diverse portfolio of businesses, partnerships, and economic development initiatives as its next Chief Executive Officer. The Lower Nicola Indian Band Development Corporation is the economic development arm of the Lower Nicola Indian Band. Through strategic partnerships, commercial enterprises, and investment opportunities across sectors including natural resources, infrastructure, energy, and land management, LNIBDC is committed to creating long-term economic prosperity and sustainable benefits for the Nation and its members.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic leadership and executive
oversight of the Corporation’s growing portfolio of businesses, partnerships, and development initiatives.
The CEO will be responsible for advancing LNIBDC’s strategic direction, business development, operations, governance, financial stewardship, and organizational performance while strengthening relationships with the Board, Chief and Council, Nation members, Indigenous and industry partners, and government stakeholders.
Building upon an established portfolio of partnerships and commercial ventures, the CEO will identify and execute new business opportunities, advance major development projects, and deliver sustainable economic
growth and lasting community impact for future generations.
