Loren Sahara Personal Development Coach, Mastermind Knowledge Broker

Loren Sahara Personal Development Coaching & Masterminds is rooted in Holistic, Collective Self-Care and focuses on increasing the quality of life by building and maintaining powerful relationships.

Loren Sahara is rooted in self-inquiry as it relates to interconnectedness by focusing on building and maintaining relationships that are central to our health and happiness. I continue to observe the breakdown of relationships all around me and it deeply affects me, my family and community at large. I am committed to this important work and way of life to help restore our health and happiness. Having extensive experience working with people in diverse environments from up on the mountains and down by the rivers to board rooms and classrooms. Framing challenges from a Holistic Worldview, I can collaborate powerfully with people individually, in couples, groups, communities and organizations in a way to increase the quality of life, make a massive impact and assist in their desired growth and transformations.

I have a Master of Arts in Leadership (MAL) from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from the University of British Columbia, and a Native Alcohol and Drug Counselor Certificate from Vancouver’s Native Education Center. I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW), a member with the British Columbia College of Social Workers (BCCSW), and the British Columbia Association of Social Workers (BCASW), and I have Professional Liability Insurance with the Canadian Association of Social Workers (CASW). I am registered to provide Mental Health Counselling Services through the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA).

Everyone has a few stories and I listen to hear the stories in a natural way, and by understanding the issues in a deeply personal and professional way, I respond with profound respect for the needs of my clients. Whether you need to collaborate on a pathway of personal goals, self-care, relationships, work-life balance, stress reduction, holistic health, leadership or reconnecting to the land, I can help you identify, recognize and focus on the aspects of these pathways that address the action needed to attain your goals and get to the next level.
